Corned Beef

Here’s another all-time favorite dish of mine – Corned Beef! It’s easy to cook, delicious, and you can add onions and potatoes in it.
My most favorite brand of canned Corned Beef is the Brazilian product Hereford. Having aunts living the United States, this is one of the most usual canned goods they ship us during Christmas, along with SPAM (the meatloaf), Vienna sausage and chocolates.

My mom is also a fan of Hereford and other Brazilian corned beef. She doesn’t eat the local ones. I eat the local brands though, but I still prefer Hereford – it’s pure meat, no fats, unlike the local brands.
