Highest Paying and Most Number of Jobs

So the call center industry a.k.a. BPO (including IT-enabled services) has the most number of workers in 2015. I agree to that. However, I believe that the BPO industry also has the most number of resigning employees (attrition).

For it’s Salary Report 2016, Customer-Service Related jobs is at #5. However, I believe these post are already Senior Operations Manager (SOM) or Operations Manager (OM) level. An entry-level customer service representative or technical support representative’s salary is thousands of kilometers away from P71,389 in the graph.

The Way He Looks (2014 Film)

It’s been a while since I watched a very good gay-themed movie, like “Shelter” (2007). I just finished watching the Brazilian film “The Way He Looks” (2014 film) and it’s equally magnificent as “Shelter”. I’m not into gay movies that have drugs or too much violence or sex.

“The Way He Looks” is a coming-of-age movie about being blind and in-love. The film stars Brazilian actors Fabio Audi and Ghilherme Lobo. The film’s message is literally, love is blind, both literally and figuratively. It brings back joys of first love and friendship. It’s really a must-watch movie. It’s highly recommended.

Mauricio Barcellos in “Seashore” (2015 Film)

It’s been a while since I last watched a gay-themed movie and “Seashore” (original title “Beira-Mar”) never disappointed me. It’s a coming-of-age movie about two best friends who had time to develop their feelings while staying at a seaside home.

Main cast includes Mateus Almada and Mauricio Barcellos. My attention got fixated on Mauricio Barcellos who dyed his hair blue in the movie. He reminds me of Niall Horan of One Direction and he looks gorgeous.

So Mauricio Barcellos is currently 21 years old, straight in real life, hails from the town of Porto Alegre in Brazil, and speaks English and Portuguese. His favorite quote is ''We could have it all''.

Mauricio’s other movies includes Um Natal Para Dona Florinda (2011) and Fica Comigo (2011).
