Team Building at Tagaytay City

Part of being a Callboy (a.k.a. Call Center Agent) is attending Team Buildings (TB). The aim of TB is to make each member of the team (12-20 members depending on the account) is make everyone feel welcome and bonded as one. To work as one team, to work seamlessly. So most companies allot some funds to team buildings.

We decided to have our team building in Tagaytay City, famous for it’s colder climate similar to Baguio City (but not as cold as Baguio). For the tourist part of our team building, we spend some time at the Palace in the Sky (a.k.a. People’s Park in the Sky) and at the Picnic Grove.

For the religious part of the TB, we visited the Our Lady of Lourdes Church.

The rest of our 2-days and 1-night TB was spend in a private resort somewhere at the heart of Tagaytay City.

It’s always nice to spend some time with your team mates (colleagues, coworkers) away from the office atmosphere. It’s the best way to know them personally. I’ve learned (and loved) a lot about my current team.

I’ll post more pictures of the trip soon. All the time, during the 2 days and 1 night, it’s Oreo I was thinking about. How lovely this whole trip would have been, if Oreo was with me.

I’ll be posting pictures starting today to 320x240.
