Team Building Foods

During our recent Team Building at Tagaytay City, we cooked our own food which consists of the usual: “Inihaw na Tilapia” (grilled Tilapia) and pork barbeque. In the morning, we had Champorado (chocolate rice-pudding), fried rice (left over of the previous night’s dinner), “Itlog na Maalat” (salted eggs), and fried Danggit (a local fish that was sun-dried).
Hazel, myself and Heart grilled the Tilapia and the pork. Rose made the Champorado and Heart fried the Danggit in the morning. Our TL’s lover (I forgot his name) sliced the pineapples.
We have a very typical Filipino team-building foods.
