This is definitely a new TV series to watch.

After Shift Jam Year 7
Congratulations to HelerShirts on their 7th Year After Shift Jam.
This year’s celebration is unique because it’s for the benefit of their Tree Planting Project (which our country needs badly).

I’m Back At Convergys!
I first worked for Convergys in January-July 2009 for a US ISP account (wireless and home networking). Back then, I had an issue with my team leader (TL) which brought my career at Convergys to a halt (1 week before being regularized). Back then, I was assigned at Robinson’s Equitable Tower and I enjoyed their shower room during my stay.
After more than 4 years, I’m back at Convergys! Now, I’m assigned at MDC 100 Building in Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City. I’m back on handling a DSL account and I’m enjoying the account so far. It feels good to be back at Convergys. Hopefully this time, I’ll be able to meet the minimum 5 years of service to be eligible for the retirement plan. As far as I know (AFAIK), only Convergys has that program – which is not available in other call centers that I worked for like Sitel Philippines, Transcom, Sutherland, Teleperformance, Sykes Asia and Alorica.
Convergys is hiring! So if you want to be part of the more than 35,000 heroes (employees) of this wonderful company. Simply send your resume to me elmerlovesoreo(at)gmail(dot)com and I’ll give you some tips on how to pass the interview.

The Amazing Race Season 24 (All-Stars)
I’m happy to know that the 24th season of The Amazing Race began airing yesterday. I’m happy to see familiar teams in the roster of contestants but I was disappointed that James and Jaymes (Chippendales) was not included.
I’m happy to see my favorite team of all time, Jet and Cord, to compete again! I wish them success. Other teams that I was happy to be included in this All-Stars Edition are the father and son team of Dave and Connor.
I was happy to see that Mark and Bopper was included in the line-up, but Bopper was replaced by Mallory Ervin because of a life-threatening illness. I’m also happy to see Joey of the YouTube team and Brendon of the Big Brother team.
Here are the complete list of the teams competing for All-Stars, from Wikipedia:
This season's 11 teams are selected from past contestants, going as far back as Season 14. The season includes three teams who will compete for a third time after participation in Season 18 Unfinished Business.[4]
The returning teams and their prior race placements are:
- From Season 18:
- Margie O'Donnell (previously Adams) and Luke Adams, mother and son, 8th place (3rd place in their original appearance in Season 14)
- Herbert "Flight Time" Lang and Nathaniel "Big Easy" Lofton, teammates on the Harlem Globetrotters, 2nd place (4th place in their original appearance in Season 15)
- Jet and Cord McCoy, brothers and rodeo cowboys, 6th place (2nd place in their original appearance in Season 16)
- From Season 20:
- Brendon Villegas and Rachel Reilly, newlyweds (engaged in season 20), 3rd place
- From Season 21:
- Natalie and Nadiya Anderson, twin sisters, 4th place
- From Season 22:
- Caroline Cutbirth and Jennifer Kuhle, friends and country singers in the Stealing Angels, 4th place
- Dave and Connor O'Leary, father and son, 8th place
- Jessica Hoel and John Erck, engaged (dating in season 22), 9th place
- Joseph "Joey" Graceffa and Meghan Camarena, best friends and YouTube vloggers, 5th place
- From Season 23:
- Leo Temory and Jamal Zadran, cousins, 4th place (The Afghannimals)
- Composite Team:
- Mark Jackson, 5th place in Season 20 and Mallory Ervin, 3rd place in Season 18 (6th place in her original appearance in Season 17) 1
^1 Jackson was originally teamed with his partner from Season 20, William "Bopper" Minton. However, Bopper was deemed by the race doctor as unfit to race, so he was replaced by Mallory Ervin from seasons 17 and 18.
