Matt Lintz as Bruno–The Best Thing In Ms Marvel

Who are the fans of Marvel here? Are you currently watching the latest Disney+ series “Ms Marvel”? Well I do. I love everything about Marvel including all the movies and the TV Series. Right now, I’m watching Ms Marvel on Disney+ and it’s a nice show so far.

I’m really not a fan of Ms Marvel and I know little about his background – but thanks to Galactic Shark on TikTok and this latest TV Series, I’m getting to know this latest Marvel heroine.

I can’t help but notice Bruno though – the best friend of Ms Marvel. Bruno Carrelli is played by actor Matt Lintz and I really find him gorgeous. So I learned that he also starred in The Walking Dead. I haven’t seen any of his movies though – but I sure hope that after this series, people would notice him.

Sam Claflin: “Catching Fire” Eye Candy

In case you haven’t watched the most anticipated movie of the year, “Catching Fire”, there’s a cute guy aside from Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth. His name is Sam Claflin – and he portrays the role of Finnick Odair. He is one of the Victors that will compete in the 75th Hunger Games, which also happens to be the 3rd Quarter Quell.

“Catching Fire” is a commercial success according to Box Office Mojo and it started strong during it’s opening week. I’m sure a lot more movie goers will see the movie this weekend.

I watched the movie last week and it’s awesome. I can’t wait for the movie adaptation of the 3rd novel, “Mockingjay”.

Teen Choice Awards 2012 Winners

When I saw the list of this year’s winners for the annual Teen Choice Awards (TCA), I was a bit surprised that a lot of the winners are also my favorites. I’m starting to think that my taste for movies, music and TV seems to remain with that of a US teen.

Justin Bieber

It’s 2:42 AM and I just finished watching Justin Bieber’s movie “Never Say Never”. I was actually cleaning my hard disk of disk space and I’ve been looking at my µTorrent list of movies that I’ve downloaded before that I haven’t watched yet.

“Never Say Never” is actually a good movie. As far as Wikipedia is concern, it’s really a documentary. I have this habit of checking Wikipedia once in a while, when I’m watching a movie. Just to check for facts.

I admire the kid. He has good voice and the people behind him did a great job in promoting him as a teen idol and music icon. It’s not everyday that an artist sold out tickets to New York’s Madison Square Garden. And yes, Justin Bieber was the youngest artist to sold out tickets to this venue.

The movie documented Justin Bieber’s rise to fame, from an ordinary kid growing up in Stratford, Ontario, Canada, to his current status, as a certified hit-maker.

I came across Justin Bieber via his song “Baby” which became my Last Song Syndrome (LSS) way back in January last year. I’m a fan of pop and Justin Bieber’s song got me. I have his My World 2.0 songs in my iTunes.

It’s sad to know that during his Manila concert last May 10, instead of publishing how his concert was a certified sold-out, or how good his music is, people dwelt with his alleged  snobbish behavior. Well, if it’s true, who cares? He has the right to do so, since he’s not someone’s “pet” or property. The only thing you could do (if you get offended by his behavior) is to stop purchasing his CDs or stop attending his concerts.

It’s true with all artist. If you don’t like an artist’s behavior, then stop patronizing the artist, foreign or local. To Justin Bieber, congratulations on your achievement so far. Again, it’s not everyday that an artist like you could sold-out a concert at The Garden.

Prince Harry at the Royal Wedding

The Philippines has never been a colony of Britain nor a member of the Commonwealth of Nations. Yet yesterday, almost all major TV channels in the Philippines have a live telecast of the Royal Wedding, between Prince William of Wales and Kate Middleton.

I wanted to blog about the royal wedding too, but since a lot of blogs already posted pictures of the newly weds, I wanted to focus on the Best Man. The more charming Prince Harry. Well, I’m a fan of Prince Harry and I would definitely watch his wedding! So, here are the pictures of my prince, at yesterdays Wedding of the Decade and other recent pictures.

Inspiration from Neil & David

There are 3 gay couples I look upon as model of gay relationships: Tigguh & Pooh, Mark Feehily (of Westlife) & Kevin McDaid, and Neil Patrick Harris & David Burtka.

I’ve idolized Neil Patrick Harris since his Doogie Howser days. In fact, I got the hobby of keeping an electronic journal from Neil Patrick Harris’ character. When he came out of the closet in 2006, I idolized him more for being brave enough to admit it, in spite of his very successful career as an actor.

He’s been happily married with his lover David Burtka since 2004, and they also have twins (via David) named Gideon Scott, a boy, and Harper Grace, a girl. The twins were born in 2010.

They showed the gay community that it’s really possible for two guys to be deeply in love, live in a monogamous relationship, and in some countries like the United States, adopt babies (or at least have babies through a surrogate mother).

The relationship of Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka is an inspiration for us, Elmer & Oreo. They showed us that a happy, married, gay-couple life is possible.

Ian Somerhalder a.k.a. Damon Salvatore

I have never heard the name until I stumbled upon the TV adaptation of L.J. Smith’s “The Vampire Diaries”. He plays Damon Salvatore, a vampire, brother of Stefan Salvatore (another vampire), love interest of the heroine Elena Gilbert.
He played the character of Damon Salvatore very well – attractive, sarcastic, witty, vengeful. He has shown his gorgeous physique in the show and he’s one of the hottest item in Hollywood today.
