Today’s a special day for ALDUB fans worldwide since Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza (a.k.a. Yaya Dub) is expected to have their First Date today.
ALDUB holds the record of having the highest number of Tweets in the Philippines (6.35 million) and it’s expected to be shattered by another record at the end of the day. A tabloid even estimated it to be 10 million tweets for the hashtag #ALDUBMostAwaitedDate
Even Walt Disney Studios referred to ALDUB as “they’re like the National Couple”.
