In celebration of Jose Rizal’s 150th birthday, the Pasig City Council renovated the Plaza Rizal. It was just on Sunday that I notice it was opened to the public. The key changes on the plaza was the removal of the trellis on the side fronting the Pasig Church. It look a bit wider than it’s previous design. Also, Rizal’s monument was relocated and his pedestal was change. It was also painted white. There were also two large flags on the center of the plaza.
I appreciate the changes made on Plaza Rizal.
