I’m Back At Convergys!
I first worked for Convergys in January-July 2009 for a US ISP account (wireless and home networking). Back then, I had an issue with my team leader (TL) which brought my career at Convergys to a halt (1 week before being regularized). Back then, I was assigned at Robinson’s Equitable Tower and I enjoyed their shower room during my stay.
After more than 4 years, I’m back at Convergys! Now, I’m assigned at MDC 100 Building in Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City. I’m back on handling a DSL account and I’m enjoying the account so far. It feels good to be back at Convergys. Hopefully this time, I’ll be able to meet the minimum 5 years of service to be eligible for the retirement plan. As far as I know (AFAIK), only Convergys has that program – which is not available in other call centers that I worked for like Sitel Philippines, Transcom, Sutherland, Teleperformance, Sykes Asia and Alorica.

The Amazing Race Season 24 (All-Stars)
I’m happy to know that the 24th season of The Amazing Race began airing yesterday. I’m happy to see familiar teams in the roster of contestants but I was disappointed that James and Jaymes (Chippendales) was not included.
I’m happy to see my favorite team of all time, Jet and Cord, to compete again! I wish them success. Other teams that I was happy to be included in this All-Stars Edition are the father and son team of Dave and Connor.
I was happy to see that Mark and Bopper was included in the line-up, but Bopper was replaced by Mallory Ervin because of a life-threatening illness. I’m also happy to see Joey of the YouTube team and Brendon of the Big Brother team.

This season's 11 teams are selected from past contestants, going as far back as Season 14. The season includes three teams who will compete for a third time after participation in Season 18 Unfinished Business.[4]
